Refund Policy

Erp-Payinstance believes that "your money belongs to you and you should have immediate access to it." We work with the best payment gateway and banking partners to make sure our users get their money as quickly as possible.

Erp-Payinstance will refund you as long as you follow these conditions:

The confirmation of a transaction is final, and no amendments are permitted. Erp-Payinstance may, at its own discretion, allow a player to cancel a transaction and get a refund:

• By informing erp-payinstance in writing from the registered email address that you wish to cancel the payment; or
• Erp-Payinstance shall not be liable to refund any amount thereafter if such payment was made for the paid version of the contests. The cancellation request must be made at least two days prior to the beginning of the round in respect of which the payment was made.
• If erp-payinstance decides to refund the amount after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and taxes, it may do so at its sole discretion. Players may also make changes to previous orders during the transaction. The purchaser shall be required to take note of certain additional terms and conditions, and such additional terms and conditions shall also govern the transaction. If the additional terms and conditions contain a clause that conflicts with the current terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions will take precedence.

All refunds go to the same payment method or financial instrument used to make deposits.

When the internal review team does its job right, some refunds can be done in two working days or less.

The tax ("TDS") on any prize shall be deducted in accordance with the Income Tax Act of 1961. Tax deduction certificates will be provided to the winners for such tax deductions. The winners are responsible for paying any other taxes, including but not limited to income tax, gift tax, etc.

Payment and refund terms and conditions are subject to modification or change without notice by erp-payinstance
